Do you think this was mean of this girl?

Ok this girl everyone said was mean, but i decided to be her friend anyway, to give it a try. She says im a third grader because i have a pink phone with a penguin charm on it. I love it, and i dont care what she thinks, but she tells everyone. She makes everyone in my cl laugh and says she probably wants a pink car with charms on it when she grows up. Yesterday i crimped my hair, and she found a piece of my crimped hair on the floor and she showed to everyone. Shes getting all my new friends against me, and she takes my bookbag and give is to the school bully. ( the teacher doesnt see or care) if i go to the bathroom or sharpen my pencil, whatever im working on in cl, they hide it on me, then i have to start all over again. they keep saying cant you take a joke!? well its not funny to me at all. she got my best friend against me, and last week she put muffin crumbs ( my best friends did this too) and put them in my new book bag, i gaft from my uncle who just ped away 2 weeks ago, he was like a second dad to me, but do you think this is funny? or am i overreacting?
