Mild Dysplasia or yeast infection?

I went to planned parenthood about a year ago and had a pap. It came back abnormal and the women told me I had mild dysplacia. She also told me I had a yeast infection and BV. I just read online that yeast infection and bv could cause a "misreading" under the microscope, as they cause abnormalities. What do you think? Do you have any insight? I am going for another pap on January 5th so I guess I will find out, but I need to calm my nerves until then
