13" Laptop which is ideal for Auto Cad, Photoshop, Illustrator and 3ds Max?

I'm looking for a laptop which is ideal for these programs. I'm also confused if I need a nice graphics card for a better performance. I also plug-in a 22" extra monitor when I'm at home (I usually work at home but still bring my laptop to school).
