A corrupt government?

Do you think most Americans really believe that Al-Qaida was in Iraq before Bush got involved? Also how come people seem to care soooo much about gay marriage rather then the wiretapping that Bush preformed without permission, that violates are rights? Do you think Americans have been brainwashed into believing that Saddam Hussein really was a treat at that time around 2002?
