How do I get the NFL to take a look at a potential player?

I know a quarterback in the AFL that is really talented, like NFL talented, how do I get scouts to look at him and give him a chance? Any suggestions? His name is MIchael Spriggs (6'5" 210lbs), starting quarterback for the Sioux City Bandits this saeson. Any suggestions????
