How Do I Rip Blu-Ray Without Extras?

I am currently using AnyDVD HD to rip my Blu-Ray movies onto my hard drive. Its ripping them just fine but the files are huge (Ironman was 44 GB) I am wondering if there is any program or any way that I can rip JUST the movie and not all the extras so I can conserve some space on my hard drive.
