I'm 13, can I get away with heels?

I want to pair some boots with skinny jeans but I'm worried that because I'm only thirteen I'll look really trashy. They're brown suede and they go up to about two thirds of the way up my shins. The heel is about 2 inches. Will I look bad? I've seen girls in my cl wearing 3 inch heels before but they couldn't walk properly and I don't want to look like that.
