Missed period..not pregnant?

it is the middle of march and i didn't have a period at all last month. i have taken like 5 pregnancy test. all negative. i have been feeling extremely tired lately and kinda nauseous. and just plain out sick. i am 22 years old so i know it couldn't be menopause lol. so what could this be
