Street names in a housing development?

I wouldn't choose a theme like that. That's silly. The houses here are just big. That's the theme. The neighborhoods just have names like "The Fairways, Kings Ridge, Kings Place, Royal Court, Hilton Crest, Rembrandt Heights, etc."
